McKENNA Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Nash), of Maywood, NJ passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2013. She is predeceased by her husband, Joseph McKenna and her son, Kevin. Surviving are her children, David, Stephen, Patrice Herbaugh and Eileen Sailer. Her six loving grandchildren, Anastasia (Stacy) Sailer, Erin McKenna, Amy Sailer, Tess McKenna, Dylan Herbaugh and Alyssa Herbaugh. Betty was an active parishioner at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church volunteering her time with the youth in the CYO, religious education programs and the Bergen County Search programs. Betty was a longtime resident of Maywood since leaving her childhood home in Jersey City. Visitors will be welcomed at the Trinka-Faustini Funeral Home, 439 Maywood Ave, Maywood, NJ (201) 487-3050 on Wednesday, July 10,2013 from 4-8 PM. A funeral mass will be conducted on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Maywood, NJ 10 AM. All are to meet at church Thursday morning. Cremation is private. In lieu of flowers any random act of kindness in Betty's memory will be greatly appreciated by her family as well donations in her name to St. John's Bread Line, 22 Mulberry Street Newark, NJ.
