JONES, Elizabeth Ada "Betty" 80, of Williamsport, PA, formerly of Tioga, PA, passed away September 8, 2009 at Williamsport Hospital. She was born May 17, 1929 in Middlebury Township, the daughter of Ernest and Doratha Wilcox Bartlett. Betty was a graduate of Tioga High School Class of 1947 and Corning Community College Class of 1981. She was a retired Registered Nurse from St. Joseph's Hospital, Elmira, NY. She was a member of the Tioga Grange and the former Lawrenceville Rebekahs. Betty is survived by her husband of 58 years, Clifford; three daughters, Nancy (John) Geedy of McClure, PA, Jill Jones of Williamsport, PA, Carolyn (John) West of Kansas City, MO; three sons, Thomas (Diane) Jones of Williamsport, PA, Howard (Liz) Jones of Sarasota, FL, Jack (Calise) Jones of Easley, SC; brothers, Carl Bartlett of Lawrenceville, PA, David (Kay) Bartlett of Millerton, PA; sisters, Norene Burrows of Wellsboro, PA, Ernestine Boom of Tioga, PA, Jean Slater of Wilmington, NC; 16 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by sisters, Winifred Bartlett and Marian Hagar. Friends are invited to a memorial service at the Gary W. Wilston Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 130 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA, Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Debbie Button officiating. A second memorial service will be held at Grier Street Manor, Williamsport, PA, Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. with Chaplain David Fishel officiating. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Tioga, PA. Family will provide the flowers.
