-> Debbie Whittington Williams, 81, of Savannah, died Sunday, June 5, 2005 at Azalealand Nursing Home after an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack W. Williams. Debbie was born in Colquitt County, GA and moved to Savannah over 60 years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of Riverside Baptist Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Betsy Williams; Jack and Melissa Williams; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and James Trull all of Savannah; one sister, Ruth Lindsey of Atlanta, GA; six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation: 6-8 p.m., Monday, June 6, 2005 at Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel. Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Riverside Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Black officiating. Burial: Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park. Active pallbearers wi ll be grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be the Board of Deacons of Riverside Baptist Church.
