AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Charles Simpson Williams, 75, of Old Louisville Road, husband of the late Mrs. Neva Thompson Williams. Graveside services will be held Friday, July 8, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. in Hillcrest Memorial Park with Reverend Marion Jay officiating. Mr. Williams was a native of Cherokee County, Alabama and had lived in Augusta since 1962. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Quinton Augustus and Emma Elois Ingram Williams. He was a siding applicator and an avid hunter and fisherman. Survivors include, five sons, Dale, Tommy, Rex, Donny and Danny Williams all of Augusta; three daughters, Diann Marum of Harlem, Sonja Moore and Beverly Tanner of Augusta; two brothers, Doug and Jimmy Williams of Rome, Ga.; thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his brother, Boyd Williams. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M.
