Cecelia Genta Granger, 84, of 102 Shagbark Court, widow of Floyd Randolph Granger, died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2004, at her residence. Born in Hartford, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Blanche Inez Nicolle Genta. Mrs. Granger was a homemaker and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and St. Mary's Prayer Group. Survivors include two daughters, Mary G. Wagner and Ann G. Parlier, both of Simpsonville; two sons, Floyd R. "Randy" Granger Jr. of Greenville and Mike Granger of Fountain Inn; two brothers, Pete Genta of San Pedro, Calif., and Frank Genta of Torrance, Calif.; twenty-two grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Larry Joseph Granger. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to GHS Hospice, 225 Enterprise Blvd., Suite 140, Greenville, SC 29615. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated today, Nov. 18, 2004, at Noon at St. Mary's Catholic Church. The Rite of Committal will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park.
