TROY, N.Y.-- Catherine Kay Agnes Dandurand, 83, of 4th Ave. in Lansingburgh, died on Friday, January 14, 2005 at the Albany County Nursing Home in Colonie after a long illness. She was born on April 8, 1921 in Cohoes and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Adeline Blair. Kay was educated at St. Agnes School in Cohoes and was a housewife and homemaker. She moved to Lansingburgh over 50 years ago, was a communicant of St. Augustine's Church and had been a member of the St. Augustine's School Mother's Club. She is the beloved wife of Raymond M. Dandurand, to whom she was married on January 31. They would have celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary this year. Survivors in addition to her husband include her children, Carol Ann (James) McFarland of Lansingburgh, Susan P. (the late Robert) Goldey of Lansingburgh, Raymond M. (Kathy) Dandurand Jr. of N. Adams, Mass. and Deborah L. (Bryan) Kirkland of Lansingburgh; sister of Dorothy LaForest of Troy, Shirley Johnson of Troy, Joan Fritzinger of Portsmouth, Va., Eugene Blair of Lansingburgh and the late Stanley Blair, Ursula Ward, Eileen Kane, Thomas Blair Jr., Francis Blair, Gerald Blair; also survived by nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 8:45 from the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc., corner of 115th Street & 4th. Ave. in Lansingburgh, thence to St. Augustine's Church where at 9:30 the Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. Calling hours will be from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Interment will be in the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, N.Y. Those who wish may make contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, 85 Watervliet Ave., Albany, NY 12206.
