JOHNSON Brenda Joyce Johnson (58) entered into rest Tues., July 15, 2008 at her resident. She was a member of New Dimensions COGBF, 3142 Edgewood Ave., Elder Charles L. McGriff, pastor, where funeral services will be held 12 noon Sat., July 26. She is survived by her husband, Lonnie Johnson, Sr.; children, Lonnie Jr., Shantell, Frederick, and Latonya Johnson; 5 grandchildren; sisters, Mildred (Dean) Davis, Loretta Sparks, & Patricia Sparks; brothers, Aaron (Evelyn) Sparks, and Jimmy (Dorothy) Laws; Dear friend, Emma Williams; sisters-in-law, Ada Hills, Erma (Bobby) Tobler, Bonnie (David) Frazier, Betty Cohen, and Sylvia Funches; brothers-in-law, Larry (Merle), Sylvester, and Michael Johnson, Moses Williams. Visitation will be held Fri., July 25 from 5-8pm at the funeral home and 10am Sat. until the hour of service at the church. Interment will be in the Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
