Bonnie B. Davis Bonnie B. Davis, 66, of Tallahassee, passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2008, at her home. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. EST Friday, Jan. 18, at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Timberlane Chapel (850-893-4177). Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Seminole Baptist Church in Tallahassee, with interment to follow at Culley's MeadowWood Memorial Park.Bonnie was born and raised in Miami, Fla., where she met the love of her life, Gillun Davis. They were married July 1, 1960, in Miami. Bonnie's other loves were children and grandchildren. She spent many hours attending school plays, sporting events and concerts. She loved every minute of it. She was co-owner of Davis Safe and Lock in Tallahassee; she was also a longtime member of Seminole Baptist Church.There she enjoyed Heart to Heart, a women's ministry at church. Her favorite place to vacation were the mountains of Tennessee, where the cool mountain air was always a welcome change. She will forever be missed, but will live in the hearts of her family and others she touched in her lifetime. "She was a wife, mother, a grandmother, a sister, but most of all, she was our special angel." Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Gillun; three sons, Gillun Davis III (and wife Pam), Danny Davis (and wife Rhonda) and David Davis (and wife Shannon), all of Tallahassee; a daughter, April Butler (and husband Ben) of Lorida, Fla.; a sister, Linda Prince of Tallahassee; and seven grandchildren, Corey, Stephanie, Craig, Jordan, Victoria, Samantha and Stephen.
