Barbara Nealy Van Horn Barbara Nealy Van Horn of Maryland died Thursday, June 1, 2006. The memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 11235 Newport Mill Road, Kensington, Md. A visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Philip D. Rinaldi Funeral Services (301-585-4050) in Silver Spring, Md. The graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at Parklawn Memorial Park in Rockville, Md. Born in Florida, Dr. Barbara Van Horn was the devoted daughter of Willard Nealy of Immokalee and the late Hattie Mae Nealy.She attended Howard Academy and Florida A&M University. She graduated from the Howard University School of Medicine and was a dedicated physician in Washington, D.C., for more than 25 years. Survivors include her father, two sisters, four children, three grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
