Barbara C. Ericksonof Chenango BridgeBarbara C. Erickson, 65, of Hoffman Dr., died Thursday, April 17, 2003, at Wilson Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her parents, Rocco and Eunice Cioffi. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Harry W. Erickson, Chenango Bridge; two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Leonard Genna, Mansfield, Tex., Susan and William Salinkas, Chenango Bridge; one son, Mark W. Erickson, Chenango Bridge; three grandchildren, Anton and Kyra Salinkas and Dominic Genna; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was a member of St. Catherine of Sienna Church and was active in many of its activities, and a member of Chenango Bridge Fire Co., Ladies Auxiliary.Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. from the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango St., Port Dickinson, and 10 a.m. at St. Catherine's Church where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Holy Spirit Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to St. Catherine's 75th Anniversary Fund, 1031 Chenango St., Binghamton, N.Y. 13901.
