Anne E. Kelly, a long time Hastings-on-Hudson resident died Thursday, February 7, 2002. She was born in Dobbs Ferry on July 18, 1928 to Joseph and Catherine McLaughlin Kelly. Miss Kelly was an operator with the New York Telephone Company for many years. She was a member of the telephone pioneers. She retired in 1990. Survivors include one brother Joseph Kelly of Dobbs Ferry, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service today 10:30 am Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. Visiting prior to the service.
