Anna Mae Martin - SAVANNAH - Anna Mae Martin, 90, passed away March 20, 2008 at Hospice Savannah. Mrs. Martin was born in Bulloch County and moved to Savannah in 1928. She was a member of Calvary In Savannah, The Rebeccas and the Pine Garden Club. She was previously employed by Belks of Savannah. Mrs. Martin was predeceased by her parents, Patrick and Elizabeth Lanier, her husband, Walter Rawdon Martin, son, Walter R. Martin, Jr. and sister, Quida Owens of Savannah. She is survived by one son, Robert E. and Jane Martin of Savannah; two daughters, Genelta (Gene Elizabeth) and William Logue of Bolingbroke, GA and Annette and Daniel Wright of North Pole, AL; one brother, Sidney Lanier of Houston, TX; thirteen grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 1 hour before the service. Funeral Service will be Monday, March 24, 2008 at 11:00 a.m., at Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Watts officiating. Internment will be at Hillcrest Abbey East. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the Hospice Savannah.
