Alice Lind TRENTON - Alice Lind, 82, of Trenton passed away on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at Aria Health in Falls Township, PA. Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident. She was a former member of the Mercer County WOW (Widows & Widowers) after the first love of her life for over 40 years, Thomas Lind, died. She then met her second love, Robert Steffen, whom she had been with for over 10 years. Alice loved to dance and attended many dances with Robert and traveled all over the world. Alice was a loving mother who especially loved her grandchildren. Daughter of the late George and Mary Ford; sister of the late George, Mary, Jean, and Annamae, and beloved wife of the late Thomas Lind, she is survived by her five children, Ronald Lind, Thomas Lind and wife, Elizabeth, Michael Lind and wife, Dora, Debbie and husband, Christopher Chonka, and Donna Gordon; 11 grandchildren, Ron Jr., Karen, Jessie, Paul, Thomas Jr., Michael Jr., Sante, and Raquel Lind, Josh D'Agostino, Ashley and Caitlyn Chonka; her partner of over 10 years, Robert Steffen, and many nieces, and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012, at 10 a.m. at the Parkside Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 1584 Parkside Ave., Ewing, NJ 08638. Burial will follow in Ewing Cemetery, 78 Scotch Rd., Ewing, NJ. Friends and family may call Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
