Obituary of Wilbur Donald Barnett

BARNETT, Wilbur DonaldJune 6, 1933 – November 18, 2015"Gone Fishing"Bill passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born in Islay, AB and was the youngest of eight children. He leaves to mourn his loving wife of 36 years, Sharon and his stepfamily Ken (Nancy), Tammy, Wendy (Colin). Also left behind are four step- grandchildren Corey, Crysta, Stephanie (Rob) and Dalyn, brother Bob (Jean), sister-in-law Maida and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Earl and Hazel, brothers Howard, Jim (Jean), Walter, and sisters Pearl (Engvar), Jean (Erwin), Betty (Ted) as well as two nephews Wayne and Barry. At Bill''s request there will not be a service but "We Shall Gather At The River" and scatter his ashes with love and a final goodbye at a later date.
