TRAVIS HERBERTBASSETT, 84Craftsman LAKELAND - Travis Herbert Bassett, age 84, of Lakeland, FL passed away on 3/7/2011 from heart failure at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Travis was born on 3/13/1926 in Roanoke, AL. Travis was a skilled craftsman and also loved to hunt & fish. Travis is preceded in death by his 1st wife Sue Noles Bassett. Travis is survived by his wife, Anna Bassett; his sons, Timothy & Barry Bassett; his daughter, Sharon Beasley; 4 step children Ted, Phillip, Mike & Larry Vaughn, 5 brothers, 4 sisters, 6 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be on 3/10/2011. Visitation at 10-11 with service at 11 AM at Central Florida Casket Store & Funeral Chapel with Graveside Service to follow at Oak Hill Burial Park in Lakeland, Florida.
