Obituary of Simone Jamieson

JAMIESON, Simone (nee Tremblay). Peacefully in the Charles Lemoyne Hospital, St Lambert, PQ, on October 18, 2007. Born in Iroquois Falls, ON, May 12, 1917. Devoted wife of Charles (Monty), loving mother of sons Vernon (Jenny) Midland, ON, Rolly (Dagmar) Burlington, ON, Richard (Sherrie) Whitehorse, YT, Brian (Stephanie) Squamish, BC. Predeceased by her beloved daughter Joanne (2001). Lovingly remembered by her surviving sister Jacqueline Pierrette Knowd of California. She will be missed greatly by her much- adored 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter. Arrangements through Collins Clarke MacGillivray Funeral Homes, 307 Promenade Riverside, St Lambert, PQ, J4P-1A7. Funeral to be held on Tuesday, Ocotber 23, with visitation from 4 to 5 p.m., then service in the chapel at 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in Simone's memory would be appreciated. She was a happy woman who was so very much loved.
