Obituary of Robert Sims

Robert Brooks "Bob" Sims, 86, widower of Guynell Davenport Sims, of 6091 Riverfork Road, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2001, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Laurens County, he was a son of the late Brooks and Lula Sims. He was retired from Riegel Textile Corp. and attended Bethlehem Union Church. Survivors: A daughter, Barbara S. Anderson of Simpsonville; and a granddaughter. Service: 2 p.m. today at Reedy Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial: Church cemetery. - Parker-White Funeral Home.
