SIMMS, The Honorable Robert James, Hillsborough County Circuit Court Judge, age 56, of Temple Terrace, passed away April 9, 2004. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Honorable Robert James Simms Memorial Fund at Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, 6801 E. Hillsborough Ave. Tampa, Fl 33610 in his memory. The family will receive friends this afternoon, Wednesday, from 1-2 p.m. at Temple Terrace United Methodist Church, 5030 E. Busch Boulevard. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. at Church.
