Obituary of Ralph Norton

DELAND - Ralph Norton, 68, of Margaret Street, a former construction worker, died Wednesday at home. Mr. Norton was born in Lake Helen. He was a member of Mount Olive African Methodist Episcopal Church, where he sang in the choir. He enjoyed football. Survivors include two sons, Ralph and Gilbert, both of Miami; a daughter, Renee Norton, DeLand; his mother, Arlean Whites, Lake Helen; two brothers, Kevin and Javar Whites, both of Lake Helen; three sisters, Charlotte Jones and Iris Whites, both of Lake Helen, and Juanita Adkins, Pembroke Pines; and four grandchildren. Mack is in charge.
