Obituary of Robert-L. Emerson

ROBERT L. EMERSON, 87, of Palm City, FL., died January 26, 2014 at The Gardens of Port St. Lucie, Port St. Lucie, FL. Robert was born in Boston, MA and moved to Palm City, FL in 1994 from Little Silver, NJ. Prior to retirement he was Vice President of Sales in office products. He was a member of Harbor Ridge Yacht and Country Club, Palm City, FL and Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife Marjorie P. Emerson of Palm City, FL, son Michael Emerson of Vernon, NJ, step daughters Allyson Preston and Fredrica Preston both of Marblehead, MA., grandchildren, Nicole Larmer, Kristen Larmer and Mary Larmer, Matthew Larmer-Emerson and Anne Larmer-Emerson all of Vernon, NJ. He was predeceased by his wife Norinne Emerson and daughter Lisa Emerson Larmer. Mr. Emerson will be transferred to the Bisbee Porcella Funeral Home in Saugus, MA., a Mass of Christian burial will be held at Star of The Sea Catholic Church in Marblehead, MA. Burial will be in Holy Hood Cemetery, Brookline, MA. Memorial contributions may be made to Lisa's Angels, P O Box 9 McAfee, NJ, 07428, in support of his orphaned grandchildren.
