Obituary of Paul-R. Miller

Paul R. (Dick) Miller of Joelton, Tenn.1/5/44 to 9/11/02 Paul R. Miller, 58, of Joelton, Tenn., formerly of Endicott, N.Y., passed away unexpectedly at home Wednesday, September 11, 2002. He was predeceased by his father, Paul K. He is survived by his loving wife, Kay, Joelton, Tenn.; mother, Thelma Newton, Endicott; brother, Jim, Owego; four daughters and sons-in-law, Ann and Bill Eno, Vestal, Lisa and Ray Harris, Owego, Chris Bailey, Lisle, Kathy and Chuck Cleveland, Maine, N.Y.; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many friends, including dear friend, Shirley Sobaj. He was an avid steel guitar player, working with many big name country musicians in Nashville and Las Vegas. Although his true love was music, he also enjoyed hunting, fishing and working with wood, and eventually spent the rest of his days building steel guitars. Forever he will be missed. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Anderson & Garret Funeral Home, 3501 Old Clarksville Pike, Joelton, Tenn. 37080. Local services pending.
