Obituary of Paul-M. Miller


Paul Max Miller, 94, husband of Marguerite Mueller Miller, died May 24, 2001. Born in Talheim, Germany, he was the son of the late Herman Louis and Louise Martha Meier Miller. Mr. Miller retired from the National Park Service, West Orange, N.J., and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Surviving in addition to his wife are a son and daughter-in-law, Raymond P. and Mary Lou Miller, of Taylors; a daughter and son-in-law, Leslie J. and Jeffrey Filmore, of Beverly, Mass.; a grandson, Jeffrey Miller; and a great-grandson, Max Miller. A memorial service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Remembrance Chapel at Woodlawn Memorial Park, with Pastor Dale Blair officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to VistaCare, 4006 E. North St., Suite A, Greenville, SC 29615; or the charity of one's choice. - The Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive.
