Obituary of Morris Owen

OWEN, Morris Carlton (Mike). On July 14, 2003, peacefully at home of natural causes. Predeceased by his brother Jack. Mike is lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years Jean, daughter Barbara (Kelly), grandchildren Michael, Laura, Angela and Jessica, 3 great-grandchildren, brother Donald of Victoria and sister Glad Snodgrass of Halifax. Prayers will be offered at McCall Bros. Floral Chapel, Johnson and Vancouver Streets on Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph the Worker's Parish, 785 Burnside Road West, on Thursday, July 17, 2003 at 9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of B.C., 1-947 Fort St., Victoria, B.C., V8V 3K3.
