Obituary of Michael Parr

Michael Parr January 02, 1921 - April 05, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Glen Eden Funeral Home (Winnipeg) Suddenly at his home, on Monday, April 5, 2004, Michael Parr passed away at the age of 83 years. Michael is survived by his loving wife Eleanor, and many nieces, nephews and extended family. He was predeceased by his parents Katherine and Kazmir Parocholski; and sisters Mary Kozlowski, Frances Kretowski, and Helen Zayac. Michael served in WWII from 1942 until 1946, and afterwards worked for many years at Display Fixtures as a cabinet maker. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. Interment will follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
