Obituary of Mary-Mina-Royal Wise

-> Mary Mina Royal Wise, 80, of Savannah, died Sunday, June 19, 2005 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Mary was born in Guyton, GA., and lived most of her life in Savannah. She was a school teacher and homemaker. She was a Communicant of St. James Catholic Church and she cooked for the Nuns for about 15 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Gordon, Sr. and Velma Jewell Stroud Royal, husband Dewey Wise and a brother John Royal, Jr. She is survived by a daughter, Cindy Wise; five sons and daughters-in-law, Gary Wise, Larry Wise, Randy and Chris Wise, Darryl Wise all of Savannah, GA, and Michael and Mary Wise of Richmond Hill, GA; brother, Jimmy Royal of Colorado; sister, Barbara Collins of Virginia; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Rosary service: 4:30 p.m., Thursday in the Chapel of the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Drive; a visitation will follow with a memorial service at 5:45 p.m. In lie u of flowers contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, 25 Tibet Ave., Savannah, GA. 31406.
