Obituary of Mary Keen

KEEN Mary September 14, 1942 - December 5, 2009 Mary Keen passed away at the age of 67 at Richmond hospital, Palliative Care Unit after a valiant battle with ovarian cancer. Mary leaves to mourn her loving husband Tony, son David (Petra), daughter Jennifer (Bruno), grandsons Daniel, Nicolas and Theo, and brother David Hewitt in England. Mary's family would like to thank Dr. Allan Horii for his exceptional care and compassion, the staff of the BC Cancer Agency and the Richmond Hospital Palliative Care team. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 11th at 2pm at the Richmond Funeral Home located at 8420 Cambie Road in Richmond, and will be followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations to Ovarian Cancer Canada ( ww.ovariancanada.org ) or the BC Cancer Foundation ( www.bccancerfoundation.com ) would be appreciated.
