Marie Anne Doucet 1932-2013 ALDOUANE, NB - Marie Anne Doucet 80, passed away peacefully at the Rexton Lions Nursing Home, Rexton on Thursday, February 14, 2013. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Alphonse and late Priscille (Boudreau) Hachey. Marie Anne loved the simple things in life, gardening flowers and playing bingo. She was a "Hockey Mom" and volunteered her time at the Richibucto Arena. She was a triplet and the last surviving member of her sisters. Marie Anne will be sadly missed by her two daughters; Lorette Robichaud (Ola) of St. Charles, Linda Tanner (John) of Aldouane, five sons; Roger Doucet (Bernise) of Jardineville, Ronald Doucet (Rita) of Aldouane, Robert Doucet (Holly) of Saint John, Raymond Doucet (Denise) of St. Charles, Rodney Doucet (Danielle) of Saint John, ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Marie Anne was also survived by two sisters; Violette Arseneau (late Ligouri) Eva Lewis (Morgan) both of Toronto. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband; Nazaire Doucet, one daughter; Patricia, three sisters; Edna, Rita, Patricia, two brothers; Raymond, Reginald and two half brothers; Emile and Lorenzo. Resting at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, Saturday at 9:00 am until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 11:00 am, St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto.
