Obituary of Louise-Mathis Jordan

AMELIA ISLAND, Fla. - Mrs. Louise Mathis Jordan, age 92, of Amelia Island Florida, formerly of Sandersville, died Friday, May 02, 2008 at the Savannah Grand of Amelia following an extended Illness. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, May 5th at 2:00pm in the Brownwood Cemetery. Rev. Roy Smith will officiate. Mrs. Jordan was born in Washington County the daughter of the late Robert Aylesberry Mathis and the late Mamie Lou Brantley Mathis. She was a homemaker and a former member of the Hall's Chapel Christian Church. Mrs. Jordan is predeceased by her husband James Lee Jordan. Survivors are her daughter Jerri J. Waldorf (Thomas N.) of Amelia Island FL., and her grandson Jonathan L. Waldorf (Colleen) of Savannah.
