WHEELER - Lawrence E. "Chuck" of Passaic, NJ departed this life on Wednesday, February 18, 2004. Beloved husband of Brenda (Gibson) Wheeler. Loving father of William Wheeler III, Thomas, Shaneekwa Smith and Markina Murray. Loving son of Irene (Walker) Wheeler and the late William E. Wheeler. Brother of William Jr., Timothy, Esther Wheeler, Dawn Simpson and Candace Cole. Grandfather of Lawrence L. Murray and Godfather of Andrianna Alston. Devoted friend of William "Smitty" Smith, Clem Batchelor and Tom Brown. Brother-in-law of Tim Smith, Robert Cole, William Smith, Jason Simpson, Tabatha Wheeler, Pat Gibson, Cathy Jones, Gladys Smith and Eddie Gibson. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and neighbors. Services: Tuesday, February 24, 2004, 11 AM, Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, 163 Autumn Street, Passaic, NJ. Interment: East Ridgelawn Cemetery. Friends may visit: Monday, February 23, 2004, 6-9 PM at the Church.
