JAMES, Kenneth Howard1938 - 2015Retired deputy chief of police for CP Rail, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 17, 2015 at Lakeshore General Hospital. Beloved and cherished husband of Barbara Neale. Loving father to Don (Silvia) and Tom (Shauna). Devoted grandfather of Kaitlin. He will be greatly missed by his extended family, friends and neighbours.
