Obituary of Karen-Diane-Tanner Jackson

JACKSON Karen Diane Tanner Jackson, 57, passed away peacefully following extended illness. Born and raised an Army Brat, Karen graduated as part of the first senior class of Ed White High School-1972 and retired from Bellsouth with 30 years of service. Karen was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard. Survivors; include her son, Ryan Jackson and daughter Anna Jackson of the home, parents- Major Cecil and Margaret Tanner, brothers- Alan ( Gina) Tanner and Bobby Tanner many other loving relatives and friends including 3 very special cats, Professor, Max & Kat. A memorial service will be held at 3:30pm Saturday, May 5,2012 at Hardage- Giddens Funeral Home Blanding Chapel 5753 Blanding Blvd. Jacksonville, Fl. 32244, Pastor Troy Dixon officiating. Flowers will be accepted or you may make donations to the Jacksonville Humane Society or Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
