James, Joyce M.March 26, 1922 - Jan. 8, 2011Joyce M. (Richards) James, 88, of Sarasota formerly of Mentor, Ohio, died Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011 in her home at Palmer Ranch Healthcare and Rehab. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Cyril and brother, Bill (Patricia) Richards of Portsmouth, Ohio. Surviving are her sons, Bill (Dona) of Cape Haze, Fla. and Rich of Sarasota; grandson, Erik (Bergen); and two great grandchildren, Beckett and Zoe of Columbus, Ohio. There will be a private service at a later date. Memorials may be made to TideWell Hospice of Sarasota or Palmer Ranch Healthcare and Rehab. Arrangements by Toale Brothers Funeral Home.
