Obituary of Joyce-Allaer James

JAMES Joyce Allaer James, 68, passed away September 12, 2004 under the care of Hospice. A loving mother and grandmother, she will be missed by all who knew her, she leaves to mourn her passing her children Wayne and Ginnie Phelps; Cheryl and Peter Rodrigues; Ray and Sarah Phelps; Tracy and Cindy Phelps; Joe and Lynn Phelps and Donnie Phelps, a loving caregiver and friend Darlene Cranford, 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
