Obituary of John Kirkwood

KIRKWOOD, John S. David VE3CN After a long and courageous battle with cancer, John passed away in the Perth Hospital on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 in his 78th year. Beloved husband for 48 years to Dianne Leftly. Predeceased by his parents and brother Richard. He will be missed by brother Russel (Wilma) and sister-in-law Jill. Fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, and many friends. Friends and family may pay their respects at the Perth & District Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 15 Victoria Street, Perth on Sunday from 1 to 2 p.m. The funeral service will held in the chapel on Sunday, April 29, 2007 at 2 p.m. with a reception following in the Victoria Tea Room. In Memoriam donations made to G.W.M. Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
