In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society. Thank you to the wonderful staff at NRGH Palliative Care Unit. God saw you getting tired When a cure was not to be So he closed his arms around you And whispered come to me You didn't deserve what you went through And so he gave you rest God's garden must be beautiful He only takes the best. So when we saw you sleeping So peaceful and free of pain We could not wish you back To suffer that again 399080 Published in the Victoria Times-Colonist on 8/15/2007.
