Obituary of Jean-Stinson Addison

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today at Crestwood Cemetery for Jean Stinson Addison, 65, Gadsden, who passed away Friday, Jan. 4, 2008. The Rev. Jerald Adams will officiate. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge.Ms. Addison was a 1959 graduate of Gadsden High School and a 1964 graduate of Jacksonville State University. She was preceded in death by her father, the Rev. Jeff Stinson; and son-in-law, Mike Koza. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend who will be greatly missed.She is survived by her daughter, Paige Addison Koza; grandson, Dalton James Koza; mother, Ruth N. Stinson; sister, Sue (Freddy) Reynolds; niece, Brooke (Chad) Hopper; great-nephew, Cade Hopper; special friends, Jerri Troutman, Joan Dawson, Liz Thayer and Nancy Haynes; and the Gadsden High Grannies.The family is requesting no flowers.Special thanks to the staff of the Holy Comforter.The family will receive friends from noon to the time of service at the funeral home.
