Miss Helen Margaret Magee September 20, 1917 - November 16, 2008 - MAGEE, Helen Margaret was born on September 20, 1917 in Clogher, Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Helen passed away peacefully on November 16, 2008 at Santa Maria Senior Citizens Home, Regina, SK. She was predeceased by her parents Sarah and James Magee; brothers Jim and Fred Magee; sisters Ruby Genge, Freda Forsyth, Olga Wolfe, Jessie Konanz and Sarah Magee (in infancy). Left to fondly remember Helen is sister Sylvia Magee “Bunny”; brothers-in-law Peter Konanz of Regina, SK and Maurice Wolfe of Edmonton, AB; along with many nieces and nephews and their families here in Regina and overseas. A special thank you to the dedicated staff of the 2nd floor at Santa Maria for the care and respect given to Helen during her stay. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Regina Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3 or to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan, 301, 2550 – 12 Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 3X1. Arrangements entrusted to Regina Funeral Home (306) 789-8850.
