Obituary of Glenn-G Johnston

Glenn G Johnston October 2, 1954 - March 4, 2010 Griswold - Glenn G. Johnston, 55, of Edmond Rd passed away quietly surrounded by his family and loved ones Thursday morning at the William W. Backus Hospital. He was born October 2, 1954 in Worcester, MA son to William Johnston and the late Jeanette (Roseman) Johnston. Glenn worked for DDLC as a Boiler Mechanic before his retirement 5 years ago. Besides his father he is survived by his five children Frank Johnston and his wife Katrina of Jewett City, Daniel Johnston of Jewett City, Kate Johnston of Jewett City, Lauren Kirkland and her husband Tim of Danielson, and William Johnston of Jewett City, his three brothers William Johnston, Lois Johnston, and Doug Johnston, a granddaughter Lila Kirkland and his step mother Diane Johnston. Calling hours will be 5 - 7 PM Friday at the Gagne-Piechowski Funeral Home 490 Voluntown Rd, Rte 138 Jewett City, CT. Interment will be private.
