Obituary of Gladys-Elizabeth Olson

Gladys Elizabeth (Minugh) Olson, Venice, died July 19, 2005. She was born Sept. 13, 1913, in New York City. She came to Venice in 1976. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, Bob Olson, and a daughter-in-law, Mary Olson of Hood River, Ore.; and two granddaughters. A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Peale Chapel of Grace United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Pine Lawn Cemetery in September. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Florida, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.
