Obituary of Gerald York

March 9, 1945 - Sept. 16, 2011 Gerald D. York Gerald Don York, 66, of Huntsville passed away Friday. Don worked as a license inspector for Madison County. He is survived by his wife, Diane Hill York; brother, Jack York and wife Fredda; mother-in-law, Betty Hill; two nephews; one niece; brother-in-law, Dee Hill and wife Nancy; and two special cousins, Sherrie York, and James York and wife Diane. Chapel services will be at 2 p.m. today at Berryhill Funeral Home with visitation beginning one hour prior to services. Interment will be in Charity Cemetery. Charles Mayo will officiate. Memorial donations may be made to the Tillman D. Hill Public Library, Hazel Green.
