Obituary of Frederick-C. Thomas

Frederick C. Thomas, 90, Bradenton, died Dec. 12, 2002. He was born July 27, 1912, in Linden, Wis., and came to Bradenton 26 years ago from Madison, Wis., where he was manager of Kayser Ford Leasing Co. He was past president of the Madison Exchange Club, a former member of The Salvation Army Advisory Board, a member of the Masonic Lodge and Bethel Lutheran Church, all in Madison. Survivors include his wife, Catherine; daughters Susan Straus of Madison, Nancy Olson of Tightwad, Mo., and Betsy Carlson of Sauk City, Wis.; a stepdaughter; two stepsons; a sister, Betsy DeMerit of Wisconsin Dells, Wis.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be later in Madison. Burial will be in Madison. Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Bradenton Chapel, is in charge.
