Obituary of Florence-J. St. -Onge

DRACUT -- Florence J. (St. Onge) Desrochers, 90, the widow of Gerald G. Desrochers, a Dracut resident, died Tuesday, May 10, 2005, at the Saints Memorial Medical Center.She was born in Lowell on Dec. 3, 1914, the daughter of Ubald and Beatrice (Tessier) St. Onge.Mrs. Desrochers was a communicant of Ste. Therese and St. Mary Magdalen Church.She is survived by a daughter, Jeannine Szax of Dracut; five sons, and four daughters-in-law, Claude and Diane (Hubner) Desrochers of Methuen, Roger and Barbara (Loiselle) Desrochers of Dracut, Richard and Gloria (Baker) Desrochers of Lowell, Robert Desrochers of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Michael and Charlotte (Paradis) Desrochers of Dunstable; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Hector and Claire St. Onge of Methuen, and Robert and Gertrude St. Onge of Lowell; four sisters, Yvonne Troisi of Tewksbury, Rita Underwood, Maria Hodge, and Jeannette Delisle, all of Lowell; three granddaughters, Maria Szax Bone, Christine Desrochers, Nicole Desrochers; 11 grandsons, John, Mark, Paul, Gregory, Daniel, Richard Jr., Michael Jr., Timothy, Raymond, Scott, and Matthew Desrochers; 20 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.ARRANGEMENTS: Friends may call at the McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home, 327 Hildreth St., Lowell from 5 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday. A funeral will be Thursday morning with a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in Ste. Therese Church, Dracut. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.
