Obituary of Felix Mallette

MALLETTE, Felix 2008-06-30 Mr. Felix Mallette Sr. peacefully passed away June 29th, 2008 at Thunder Bay Regional H.S.C. Born in Grenville, Quebec he moved to Quill Lake, Saskatchewan and as a young man moved to Hearst, ON and married the true love of his life of 64 years, Vina. His family was his main interest. He loved listening to his wife Vina singing and playing guitar for him. He was a big fan of hockey and a truck driver for most of his life. They moved to Thunder Bay in later years. He was predeceased by his wife Vina two months earlier. He will be missed by sons Felix Jr. (Reanne), Richard (Pat), Wilfred (Connie) and Jeffery (Dorianne); daughter Shirley (Mike) and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by sister Eilleen, brother-in-law Orville Russell, sisters-in-law Theresa (Paul), Nellie (Dominic), Dolly and Dorothy as well as many well loved nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Wesley United Church on Thursday, July 3rd, 2008 beginning at 11:00a.m. Private interment of the ashes at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wesley United Church Memorial Fund of charity of your choice would be appreciated.
