Obituary of Ernest-H. Wheeler

PLAINFIELD - The graveside and committal service to honor the life of Ernest Henry Wheeler, of East Hill Road, was held Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, at 10 a.m. in the Plainmont Cemetery in East Montpelier. He died Oct. 16, 2014, at Canterbury Inn assisted living in St. Johnsbury. Carlyle Pierce, lay pastor of the Grace United Methodist Church of Plainfield, led the service. Reflections and remembrances were offered by several members of the congregation. The Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home, 7 Academy St., Barre, was in charge of the arrangements.
