Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26th Street Chapel in Bradenton is handling arrangements. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Lt. Col. P.V. Watkins; daughters Linda DeLangis and Carol Everson, both of Bradenton; brother, Paul Sandacz of Bradenton; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
