March 2, 2001, of Grand Island, wife of Luke C. Owens; mother of Debora L. (Charles) Michaux; grandmother of Michelle, Melissa, Rachael and Kelly Maccagnano; daughter of the late Donald Neff and Eleanor Pears. Friends may call Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the KAISER FUNERAL HOME, 1950 Whitehaven Rd, Grand Island. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 AM at St. Stephen's Church. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Owens was a member and officer of VFW Grand Island Post No. 9249.
