Obituary of Elizabeth Quinlan

QUINLAN, Elizabeth Anne Betty-Anne Quinlan (Seitz) died June 5, 2003 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Pat Quinlan, daughter Clare and sons Danny and Sean. She is the daughter of Clare (Rooney) Seitz and the late John Joseph Seitz, granddaughter of the late Mary and Lawrence Rooney and the late Mary and William Seitz, sister of Lang Seitz, and Sister Mary Clare Seitz, SNJM, and Janet (Doug) Zuliani, and survived by aunts and uncles and many nieces and nephews and cousins. A special thanks to the Palliative Care Unit at Cambridge Memorial Hospital for their care and support, and to the staff and members of Monsignor Doyle High School, Our Lady of Fatima and the parishioners of St. Mary's Church for their overwhelming support and outreach to the Quinlan family over this past year. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation. Friends will be received at the Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge (519) 658-9366 on Saturday from 7-9p.m., and Sunday from 2:30-4p.m. and 7-9p.m. The vigil prayers will be held at the funeral home Sunday evening at 8p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church on Monday morning at 10a.m.
