LAFORET, Elizabeth Alice "Betty" (nee Burns) Peacefully on June 3, 2004 at 78 years of age. Loving wife of Clarence Laforet and the late Jack Doran (1983). Dear mother of Linda and Brien Gaskin, Gary and Teresa Doran, and step-mother of Janet and Clayton Guensche, Glenn and Carol Laforet. Cherished grandmother of Vicki and Mark Panek, Paula and Kevin Saunders, Stephen Doran and David Doran. Dear great-grandmother of Leah, Logan, Taylor and Lauren. Loving sister of Don and the late Barbara Burns, and sister-in-law of Margaret, wife of the late Harold Burns. If you so desire, donations to Children's Rehabilitation Centre would be appreciated by the family. Cremation services were held. On Saturday friends are invited to join the family for a memorial visitation at Families First Funeral Home & Chapel (969-5841) 2670 Dougall Ave. from 11:00am until 12:00noon.
