Obituary of Edward-Richard Bacon

BACON, Edward Richard - On Wednesday September 16th, 2009 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital in his 88th year. Beloved husband, best-friend and partner of Helen Rubocki-Bacon for more than 26 years. Loving father and step-father of Lesley Diggon-Potter (Brian), John Rubocki (Ursula), Paul Rubocki (Cathy) and Ilona George. Fondly remembered by Several grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Loving brother of Patsy Oldfield. Predeceased by two brothers and one sister. He was a member of the Lincoln - Welland Regiment. Resting at HETHERINGTON AND DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 905-354-5614, where friends are invited to visit on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place in the funeral chapel on Saturday September 19th, 2009 at 11 o'clock a.m. Interment to follow at Lundys Lane Cemetery.
