Obituary of Edward O-Keeffe

->O'Keeffe, EdwardEdward O'Keeffe, 61, died unexpectedly of a heart attack Monday, September 10, 2012 in Geneva, IL. He was born in Yonkers, NY on August 13, 1951, the son of Edward and Gloria (nee McBride) O'Keeffe. He married Patricia Shoemaker on December 28, 1974 in Scarsdale, NY.Ed is survived by his wife of 37 years, Patricia O'Keeffe of Geneva; four children, Melissa (Jonathan) Byers of Houston, Jonathan (Christine) O'Keeffe of New York, Elizabeth O'Keeffe of Indianapolis, and Christopher O'Keeffe of Chicago; four grandchildren, Jackson, Matthew, and Ryan Byers and Henry O'Keeffe; his mother, Gloria O'Keeffe of Mt. Vernon, NY; his brother, Kevin O'Keeffe of Ridgefield, CT; and his sisters, Colleen Farrell of Morristown, NJ and Maureen O'Keeffe of Scarsdale, NY. Ed is preceded in death by his father, Edward.Funeral services will be held in Geneva, IL on Saturday, September 15, 2012. Visitation will be held 9:30 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. Monday, September 17, 2012 at Lincoln Park Funeral Home, 625 McLean Avenue, Yonkers, NY. Burial will follow at 11:30 A.M at Long Ridge Union Cemetery in Stamford, CT.
